Through her offerings, she hopes to inspire real, sustainable transformation at both the individual and collective level.

We live in a world of constant 'ripples'—the demands of others, the noise of social media, and the chaotic energy of a fast-paced society. When we lose our sovereignty, we become reactive rather than proactive. This workshop is an invitation to reclaim your 'initial conditions.' Using principles from systems theory, we will explore how to set internal boundaries that protect your peace and empower your choices.
Through movement and inner-inquiry, the intention here is to move from being a 'victim of the system' to being the architect of your own attractor state. It’s time to stop reacting to the world and start responding from your core.

As we move through the world, our inner reality can start to mirror this outer experience. Whether that results in a sense of stagnancy (tamas) or a sense of chaos (rajas) within, there's an underlying issue - both states lack flow and in turn coherence. No matter how good your thoughts and intentions are in this state, the body's ability to follow-through will almost always be lacking.
In these sessions, we're not channeling "universal energy" as is done in other modalities, but rather working with what's already in your energetic field to restore its integrity and refine its edges. The approach focuses on bringing greater flow and balance to the body through the 7 energy centers/chakras commonly found in the yogic traditions.
Through the power of shared presence, you'll be supported to surrender into a more relaxed brainwave state, facilitating your body's natural self-healing abilities, resulting in a greater sense of flow and coherence.
