To kickstart your fitness journey, we provide a medical assessment with the support of our body analyzer machine. Using 45 different analytics, we choose from the many different types of training suggested by our software and coach recommendations to build the best coaching program for you.

Our wide range of facilities and equipment makes it easy for you to maintain your general fitness. Choose between dozens of options, including walking, biking, swimming, jogging, weightlifting, and resistance training. Design your own workouts or allow our coaches to suggest a program that suits your fitness goals.

You don’t have to be an elite athlete to appreciate the benefits of bodybuilding. Weight training keeps your muscles, joints and bones flexible and strong, as well as combating osteoporosis and arthritis.

Aerobics combines rhythmic cardio exercise with strength training and stretching routines to improve all elements of fitness. “Spinning” is an invigorating high-intensity indoor cycling exercise that combines cardio and endurance in an intense calorie-crunching workout. WIth inspiring music, visual effects, and interactive performance data for motivation, you will see your ride come to life with each pedal stroke. Whilst building cardiovascular strength and toning your muscles, you’ll also build a strong bond with your cycling group.

Most people tend to focus only on the workout and ignore the recovery stage. In our stretch classes we flip the ratio and dedicate ample time to stretching muscles, which encourages blood flow, and increases flexibility and range of motion. Not only does this help to avoid injury, but it also can enhance physical performance, and improve mental health.

Whether you are on the playing field or just doing regular activities, weak core muscles can easily cause backache and increase the risk of injury. Core-strenghtening exercise trains your muscles to work in harmony to properly support your spine. Our Core Workout will help give you the physical stability you need to keep you fit and free of discomfort.

Get fit amongst nature. Our outdoor activities take advantage of all the health benefits of the natural world. Research shows that being in nature decreases stress, helps concentration, prompts weight loss and generally makes you feel happier. Whether it’s a run, a walk, or cycling tour, you’ll get your dose of Vitamin D, and get fit at the same time.

Boot camp is the ultimate way to kickstart your fitness or lose weight. Working all your muscles groups alongside intense cardio, this is not for those who are afraid to sweat. A typical workout involves high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and whole-body, multi-joint exercises that simulate everyday movements. Be prepared to push yourself to the limits, under the encouraging direction of our coaches.

Specially-designed for young ones, our classes aim to introduce them to good lifelong fitness habits. Exercising from a young age greatly reduces physical and mental health issues, and builds confidence and healthy attitudes. With strong bones and muscles, and good cardiorespiratory fitness, kids can maintain active, balanced lifestyles into the future.

Despite its intimidating reputation, Cross Training is actually accessible to people at all stages of fitness. Consisting of a mixture of weightlifting, gymnastics, powerlifting and HIIT cardio, our program balances high-intensity training with multi-joint movement. Begin at the level you are comfortable with, and our coaches will help you gradually increase your strength and stamina.

HIIT is a popular interval training exercise that is extremely effective for weight loss. Bursts of high-intensity movements are incorporated in a repeated cycle with lower-intensity movements. Together, the pattern encourages the body to use energy from fat instead of carbs, leading to the building of lean muscle and significant weight loss.
