Phnom Kulen Adventure

Full Day Morning Adventure Culture
Enjoy a scenic road trip to Phnom Kulen National Park, the largest forested area in the province, where a local ranger and knowledgeable guide will accompany you on your adventure. After a briefing, you will set out on an exciting journey through dense jungle along the rugged Kulen Plateau, passing by 10th-century temples, sacred sites, and a charming river. The renowned Sra Damrei site is unquestionably the morning's highlight, its impressive elephant statue serving as a sacred protector of the mountain. After continuing along the trail by foot, you will then hitch a ride a local tractor called a "guyun" to a picturesque lunch location by the river. There, you can relax and even take a dip while enjoying your picnic. Spend the early afternoon spotting Cambodian wildlife with your guide as you continue toward your final destinations. First, visit the remarkable golden reclining Buddha at Preah Ang Thom, which also provides stunning views across the park. Finally, reenergize yourself with a swim at Phnom Kulen Waterfall before journeying home to Siem Reap. An unforgettable adventure in some of Cambodia's best natural environment.
